Cypriot Tour Operators organising package tours from Cyprus
According to Law 51 (1) 98, a Cypriot Travel Agent who wishes to have the right to organise packages (Tour operating) has to deposit an additional guarantee in favour of ACTA or take an insurance which should be deposited at the Ministry of Tourism in order to organise package tours and operate as a tour operator. The following is a list of the Cypriot Tour Operators which are members of ACTA and are holding the guarantee as described above.
